How much does a storage unit cost in Perth, Ontario?
Our prices range from $115 per month for a 10×10 drive-up unit to $260 per month for a 20×10 heated unit. There is no admin fee and no mandatory insurance, so the monthly rate is what you pay.

What size storage unit do I need?
A 5×10 holds the contents of a studio or one-bedroom apartment. A 10×10 fits about two bedrooms. A 15×10 fits about three bedrooms, and a 20×10 is the size of a one-car garage and fits about four bedrooms. See our storage unit size guide for more detail.
What’s the difference between heated and drive-up storage?
Heated units are inside a heated building, which protects furniture, electronics, documents and anything else that shouldn’t go through an Eastern Ontario winter. Drive-up units are outdoor units you can park right in front of, which makes loading and unloading fast. They’re a good fit for tools, outdoor gear and recreational equipment.
When can I access my unit?
Storage access is 24/7, every day of the year. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How long do I have to rent for?
We offer weekly or monthly contracts with a 4-week minimum.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is not mandatory at Advanced Storage. Many home insurance policies cover belongings in storage, so check with your insurer.
Do you supply a lock?
Bring your own lock. You keep the only key.
How is the facility secured?
The facility has 24-hour camera surveillance, and security staff make rounds several times a day.
How do I pay?
You can pay online through the client portal, or by Visa, Mastercard, cash or e-transfer.
